Description

For nearly 50 years, Charles M. Schulz drew Peanuts seven days a week. When he died in 2001, this commemorative stamp was issued as a tribute to one of America's most beloved artists and his creations. This framed and matted stamp (Scott #3507) shows Snoopy as the World War I Flying Ace, goggles down, scarf fluttering, dreaming of dogfights with the Red Baron from the roof of his doghouse.
