Description

This one's for the wild child in your life. This hand-drawn, exclusive Smithsonian's National Zoo Bandana Bib corrals all the creatures spotted in the zoo—while it pulls duty keeping little ones tidy. It is produced at a small-batch, female-run factory in Peru using 100% Peruvian Pima Cotton. Hand-sourced and blended with longer staple threads, this durable Pima cotton is the softest and most luxurious on the market, and it is also naturally hypo-allergenic and chemical free to protect your little one's sensitive skin. This bib highlights stops like the Asia Trail, Think Tank, Small Mammal House, Reptile Discovery Center and more.

Museum Story

The mission of the National Zoological Park is to provide leadership in animal care, to advance scientific excellence in conserving wildlife, to teach and inspire people to engage in conservation and to practice conservation leadership.

Created in collaboration with Joy Street Kids

Joy Street Kids is a small, Boston-based kids pajama and apparel brand. Each and every Joy Street Kids print is hand-drawn and designed with love by founder and mom, Eliza Ferrel. The collection is produced at a small-batch, female run factory in Peru using the coziest Pima Cotton on the market.

Eliza's thematic and location-based prints are intended to spark conversation and discovery. Children and adults alike will learn about the Smithsonian through exploring the icons, elements, and riddles scattered throughout each print.
