Description
Cheers to a set of bright and bold Murano Highball Glasses. Instantly recognizable for its bold colors and renowned for its quality craftsmanship, this glass is hand blown in Italy by skilled Venetian artisans. Murano glass pieces can be found in the glass and ceramics collections in the National Museum of American History.
The exact technique of the work is called Pastel. After the artist creates a glass ball of the desired color glass, the master passes the glass ball over pieces of colored glass (not transparent), thus giving a harlequin effect.
