Description
Keshi pearls form as a byproduct of pearl cultivation. When an oyster rejects its implanted nucleus but keeps producing the nacre that makes pearls lustrous, the result is an organically shaped, flat, and iridescent keshi pearl. This pendant pairs a keshi pearl with a small gold vermeil leaf detail, laced through with a Venetian box chain. Made in the U.S. by Rhode Island jewelers and silversmiths JH Breakell, based in Newport, Rhode Island, for more than 50 years.
This jewelry item comes packaged in a white box (pictured).
