Description
A well-curated look courtesy of a museum-inspired tote. This colorful bag is made with woven tapestry fabric that recalls materials found in the costume collections at the Renwick Gallery. An outer, full-length zip pocket plus a large zip pocket and two open pockets on the inside means there's plenty of safe spots for all your gear. This Isabella "Wild Mango" Tote is designed, hand cut, and sewn in the USA.
Museum Story
There are over 50,000 objects in the textile collections of our National Museum of American History, Behring Center. The collections have two major themes: the production and use of textiles in America, and the evolution of textile technology through time. The collections, therefore, consist not only of fabrics, raw fibers and yarns, but also machines, tools and implements used to process them.
