Description
Elephants are largest living land animal—up to 12,000 pounds—and the subject of this purple unisex T-shirt. The front features a circular elephant graphic. The back lists some of the things that make elephants worth paying attention to: trunks that can lift, drink, dust, sort, and communicate, a mud bath that doubles as sunscreen, and a "highly intelligent" brain. Made from reclaimed cotton scraps and recycled plastic bottles, with a certified reduced carbon footprint.
The Smithsonian's National Zoo is home to seven elephants: six adults and one calf. The calf, Linh Mai, was born overnight on February 2, 2026 and is the first calf born at the National Zoo in nearly 25 years.
