The Smithsonian's National Zoo is home to two giant pandas named Bao Li and Qing Bao. Bao Li is descended from Bao Bao, Tian Tian, and Mei Xiang, three pandas who formerly lived at the Smithsonian's National Zoo.

I purchased these as the next size up from the largest kid size for my tall 10-year-old grandson. He loved them; he commented that they were very cozy - and fun to walk in! Since they're brand new, I can't address how sturdy they are.

I bought 8 pairs of slippers for my sister and nieces. First and foremost, the slippers were a hit!! The little girls were delighted. They immediately tried them on and kept them on for the rest of the morning. They loved the fact that when you put the slippers side by side, the whole animal was visible. I bought two extra pair in the event that a pair did not fit. I think the panda and the giraffe were the favorites though the turtle was in the running also. Without a doubt, they will be used. In a day filled with Barbie's and toys, the slippers were something different and personal. This was my first experience with Smithsonian and it will not be my last. Good job and many thanks to the person who selected the items for your catalog. If asked to "rate" my shopping experience (including delivery time), I would give your company a 5 out of 5. I have no doubt I will be ordering from you again.
