Description
Pandas spend most of their day munching on bamboo, so naturally, this charm necklace pairs the two. A roly-poly panda, a few stalks of bamboo, and a glass bead dangle from a silver-plated brass chain, creating a whimsical tribute to the National Zoo's famous pair of pandas. This charm necklace is crafted in Anne Koplik Designs' Brewster, NY studio, using hand-applied enamel and Austrian crystals.
The Smithsonian's National Zoo is home to two giant pandas named Bao Li and Qing Bao. Bao Li is descended from Bao Bao, Tian Tian, and Mei Xiang, three pandas who formerly lived at the Smithsonian's National Zoo.
This jewelry item comes packaged in a white box (pictured).
