Description

Mark the year that D.C.'s most anticipated new arrival showed up during a snowstorm. This round porcelain ornament features the National Zoo's elephant icon on the front and a note about Asian elephant conservation on the back—a small reminder of Linh Mai's arrival at Smithsonian's National Zoo on February 2, 2026. Comes boxed with a white ribbon, ready to hang or give.

The Smithsonian's National Zoo is home to seven elephants: six adults and one calf. The calf, Linh Mai, was born overnight on February 2, 2026 and is the first calf born at the National Zoo in nearly 25 years.
