"This was a gift from my in-laws, for Christmas. It did not have a plastic strip to protect the battery life; therefore, the battery was dead. Also, the hinge is slightly bent, so the cover does not close flush to the case."

"I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. After following the instructions, he could not get it to run. We took it to a jeweler and replaced the battery. It ran for a bit, but it is not running now, one week after battery replacement. I'm really disappointed because my husband loves pocket watches and history, so I thought this would be perfect for him. I'll be returning the watch."

"As indicated above, I am disappointed with the quality of the coin in the watch. I had hoped that there would be more definition with the coin, versus the "rubbed" quality of the coin received."

"Found the chain and housing to be very poor quality. Sending this item back. Very disappointed."
