"I bought this jewelry as a birthday gift for a friend. She was so pleased with how pretty it was. It was even better looking in person than in the catalog."

"This is the first time ever that I am returning a Smithsonian item. This necklace would have been pretty and nice had they left out the gaudy sparkly glass beads. Made it look like a piece of cheap costume jewelry. It is going back, sorry to say."

"Thought I had found just the set to use with my 50+ shades of grey clothing. SO disappointed! The pearls in these pieces were lumpy, bumpy misshapen messes. The overall appearance was attractive from a distance, but the very low quality pearls just ruined that illusion."
