Very similar in appearance to turquoise, chrysocolla is a mineral gemstone with a beautiful sky blue to bluish-green color. Derived from copper ore, chrysocolla often features black and brown matrix veining.

Known since ancient times, azurite is an intensely blue mineral that derives its bright azure blue color from copper. Frequently found together with malachite, azurite is used for pigments as well as to form ornamental stones.
