"I have purchased several gifts for my wife from Smithsonian and they have been as advertised and delivered promptly. I have also purchsed from this source as the items have been unique."

"My wife feels comfortable with 20 inch necklaces and those are difficult to find, so when I saw this lovely necklace advertised as 17 inches with a 3 inch extender, I thought that it would a perfect gift. The necklace arrived and didn't live up to it's advertising. The one I received measured 16 inches with a 1-1/2 inch extender. Other than that, it was a lovely necklace, but it's probably going to be sent back."

"Unfortunately, I will be returning both the necklace and bracelet mainly because the coloring on the necklace does not match the bracelet. The necklace silver and gold tones are lack luster; it has a faded look whereas the bracelet has bright silver and gold tones. I'm not sure why you would mail out products that are supposed to be a set when they do not match. Plus, I have to pay for return postage."

"I gave both of these as a gift at the same time. She and many of her friends really liked it."
