"Lovely and versatile. I was able to put these over my head so didn't need to worry about the clasp. ( one commenter mentioned difficulty with the clasp). I haven't tried the brooch on the pearls yet, but they stand on their own. I am delighted with this purchase."

"I received the brooch as a gift and it's magnificent. I decided to buy the matching necklace. It's much longer than I anticipated. I put it over my head so I do not have an issue with the clasp. It's opulent and fun and I received many compliments."

"Absolutely beautiful piece of jewelry, but by far and away, it's the most frustrating necklace I've ever attempted to wear. The vertical "diamond" clasp that accompanies this necklace to hold the rows in place does not remotely live up to its intention. It has "unclasped" several times while I've tried to wear this necklace at the office, resulting in the strands of pearls tangling with each other. Gorgeous design but poor functionality. If you don't mind being irritated by constantly fixing a necklace, then you may love it. Otherwise, it's disappointing, especially for the price."
