This A Pair of Peacocks Wooden Puzzle is a lovely adaptation of an exquisite kacho-ga, or “bird-and-flower-picture” by late nineteenth century Japanese print artist Imao Keinen. The puzzle’s 308 one-of-a-shape pieces include dozens of whimsical characters and designs. Crafted of quarter-inch maple veneer plywood and the finest archival ink and paper. Made in the U.S.A.
Recalls two of Imao Keinen's artworks in our Freer Gallery of Art.
