I Need My Space Adult Mask

I've bought quite a few masks, and they're GREAT! I grew up in NASA since my dad worked for them. I was born when he was in the Air Force, then grew up in NASA. It was THE BEST life!

This mask absolutely is 3 ply, despite another reviewer's claim. If you look carefully at the edge of the fabric where the loops extend it is quite obviously a foam layer covered on both sides with a polyester layer. This mask fits great given the flexible nature of the stretchy material. My main issue is that the combination of material while breathable, tends to collect moisture and stay damp inside until you take it off, unlike most paper disposable masks or other quick dry fabrics. It is not made of 3-ply material. It has no nose bridge and does not fit against the face. I like the print but it does not function as a proper face mask. Carlsbad, CA

After checking the measurements for this adult mask on the Smithsonian website, I was confident that it would fit me. The polyurethane (scuba) fabric can be machine-washed after each use on cold water, gentle cycle, and then laid flat to air dry. Although the mask does not have a wire across the bridge of the nose or a filter pocket, it fit securely over my face, allowing sufficient space below my nose to easily breathe while wearing it. I'm very happy with the print and fit of my purchase. Toms River, NJ
