|A Smithsonian Institution Exclusive|
The original circa 1900 oil painting Near Kennebunkport, which this Cottage Garden Wooden Puzzle so beautifully recalls, is the work of American impressionist Abbott Fuller Graves who was renowned for his stunningly beautiful open-air garden paintings. His artistic virtuosity will be both immediately apparent and a delight to behold every time you assemble its 491 pieces, no two of which are the same. Includes dozens of charming garden-themed “whimsy” shapes. Archival ink and paper over quarter-inch maple veneer plywood. Made in the U.S.A. Completed puzzle, 17.75" x 11.75".
American impressionist Abbott Fuller Graves is represented in our Archives of American Art.
