This Backpack Yoda is inspired by props and memorabilia in the National Air and Space Museum and the collections of the National Museum of American History. Holdings include items inspired by science fiction, comics, radio shows, and films—ranging from toy ray guns from Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon to a phaser prop and the original starship Enterprise studio model from the TV series Star Trek®, costumes for the droids R2-D2 and C-3PO from Star Wars®, and a collection of objects from The X-Files® television series and movie franchise.
