Museum Provenance

The National Museum of American History includes examples of aprons. During WWII, Americans were encouraged to plant home "victory gardens" to ensure there was enough commercially-produced produce for our troops. That extraordinarily successful volunteer effort is acknowledged today at our American History Museum's Victory Garden, where over fifty classic plants and vegetable varieties are planted.
