I bought a similar jade vermeil ring from Smithsonian over a year ago and have been very happy with it. On the other hand, the gold on the agate ring began to wear through to the copper underneath before the ring was even three months old, even though it was never subjected to anything harsher than a handwashing. I returned it.
Don't buy!!
