Amber Jewelry

The world’s largest amber deposits are in the Baltic Sea region. As fossilized tree resin, amber has been preserved in the earth’s crust for millions of years. Our National Museum of Natural History mounted the exhibit Amber: Window to the Past, which re-created an amber forest and featured many unique amber adornments. Our amber jewelry is inspired by jewelry pieces from the exhibit and in the museum’s permanent collection.
