As a piece of art it's beautiful. As a hummingbird feeder you need to know at least two features:
1. Fill globe almost full or it will drip heavily, especially as the air warms.
2. Even so, it will drip slowly.

It's a beautifully crafted item. I bought it as a gift, and I am sure it will be much appreciated.
My personal dislike is the really rough cord/string to hang the feeder. It seems to me to be totally incompatible with the lovely design of the bird feeder. Even taken the outdoor aspect into consideration, I am sure you could have come up with a more attractive alternative. Also, I have the slight suspicion the squirrels will chew through string in no time at all. Will see.

Your customer service has been superb which I highly value. It is always unpleasant to have to deal with problems on internet purchases but you took the pain out of it by fast action and not trying to blame the customer. Thank you. Happy customer in Cambridge, MA
