I haven't used the scarf except to try it various ways at home. Your photo indicates the scarf is two-tone, blue and aqua. It isn't. There are scores of dark green threads lying over a medium blue silky material. It seems to be very fragile. I like it, but it isn't what I thought I was buying.

Last night I wore the scarf for the first time to a formal dinner, and I got many compliments on its looks and color. But do not expect it to provide any warmth at all - it consists of green threads suspended from edge to edge of a thin blue net "cage". The scarf is also a bit stiff and can easily get snagged on sharp objects.

This scarf is even more beautiful than pictured. Online the colors are 'real', but the catalog color is too turquoise. The fine green threads are sandwiched between gauzy blue, creating a sort of teal. It's really gorgeous!

I'll be giving it to my daughter as teal is her favorite color.

Because of not being able to get rid of it's odor, I have not worn it yet. I thought about returning it, but love the design and color. Any suggestions for removing the odor?
