I received this mirror as a gift from my mother-in-law at least 10 years ago. Everywhere I go that I take a handbag, the mirror is with me. It draws compliments almost every time I take it out of my bag. It is perfect for a quick application of lip gloss. It is on the small side, but that is precisely why it goes everywhere with me; I can always find space for it.
The mirror and its little bag have both proven to be quite durable. I am still using the little bag to carry the mirror, and the only noticeable wear and tear is that the paint has scraped off from the snap. The mirror itself is in like-new condition.
I am still thanking my mother-in-law for such a pretty and unique little gift.

I bought this to give as a gift. I will not be giving it. The enamel part looks as pictured. However, the mirror does not have any covering. You need to keep it in the cloth cover that comes with it (pictured in red) instead of having it free in your purse; ready to check your make-up.

I received this lovely little mirror as one of many gifts from a treasured friend. It is quite beautiful, but too small and not well designed for daily use. If kept in a make-up bag the protective fabric is bound to get smudged. It could be kept in a purse pocket for easy access to check lipstick, but one must first remove the mirror from its little case, then lift the lid which makes for too many unnecessary motions when getting it out and putting it away. It is probably best used in an evening clutch. Additionally, I would not recommend this as solo gift to anyone.

This mirror is the perfect size for my pocketbook. I've had it kicking around in there without the case for a couple of years now and it's still in great shape. The hinge on it came to me a little loose, but I tend to hold it by the mirror anyway so it's not a big deal. LOVE it!
