My husband loves the watch and does not wear it on a daily basis so as to not scratch it up. The one major draw back is that the band is too short. We will have to get him a new band. We do not have this problem on the watch he wears everyday.

Anyone who loves baseball and admires one of its greatest players will delight in this Babe Ruth autographed watch, brilliantly designed with a baseball proudly carrying his autograph as the face of the watch. Perhaps I was overcome with particpation mystique, upon receiving the watch, but I swear I could almost feel the Bambino's presence as I placed the watch on my wrist. Wearing the watch for a while, I could hear him say to me, as I faced a great challenge in my life, "Don't let your fear of striking out get in your way". I wish I could say I went on to hit a home run, but a single will do. If you want to tap into Bambino power, this is the watch for you!

This is a specialized product which appeals to a specific group of people - baseball lovers! It is classy looking, but still very sporty and was purchased as a gift - for a relative who is employed as a professional baseball scout. Scouts are notorious for NOT wearing anything that advertises the name of their team while reviewing and rating various ballplayers around the country. This watch does not loudly proclaim a team, only the fact that someone who loves baseball is wearing it.
