I bought this scarf as a gift to myself. I have a large scar on my neck from surgery for thyroid cancer. I was looking for something to make me feel pretty and since butterflies are used as the symbol for thyroid diseases, this scarf is perfect. It is soft and feminine; just what I needed. I love it.
