I was so thrilled with this book that recently I purchased another one to give as a gift. The recipient was delighted! I would recommend this book to both young and old. The photos are breath taking.

I bought this book because I wanted to know more about the subjects on the cover of the book. My brother is familiar with the company that publishes the book and spoke highly of it. We collect fossils and the section on fossils is well done. There are so many areas of this book to learn from. I'm pleased with my selection. It's up to date and very well written.
