I bought one each in black kimono and red kimono. They give you warm, happy feeling. They are well krafted as any fine Japanese kokeshi doll maker would. They are elegant and refined, a great gift adults as well as children.

Think twice about ordering these Kokeshi dolls. We received ours and were disappointed to find that they are basically low quality Chinese made goods.. The lacquer on the hair was blistered and the decorative paintings on the body look as though they were done by a child. Very disappointing.
